Student Life

The WCA community is filled with meaningful opportunities to have fun and build Christian community. Every year, the student life team and student government association work hard to plan pep rallies, festival days, dress down days, and competitive games. WCA's leadership and faculty also encourage students to take the initiative in creating and running extracurricular clubs. Below, you may find resources for starting a club and a list of registered student organizations.

Have questions? Please email one of the faculty on the student life team.

I'm a student at WCA. How do I start my own club?

Any student wanting to have a Club or Class must submit a proposal to Director of Campus Life (Tim Bratt) at least three weeks in advance of the club or class start date. Note: The Guidelines PDF in the button above covers the process for faculty, but most of it overlaps for students.

Once the Director of Campus Life approves the proposal, please submit a Building Use Form to get the space use approved and a Funds Collection Form to get the payments collected to the Business Office (Tracey Reeder) . Attach a copy of the approved proposal

What are the expectations for students running a club?
