Public Library
Your Public Library contains audiobook and ebook collections, as well as databases (available under the research/resources menu) such as Tumblebooks and Bookflix.
If you do not have a library card, you may apply for one online and begin using online resources immediately.
Studies have shown that listening to books have many of the same benefits as independent reading, such as improving fluency and building vocabulary. Furthermore, listening to audiobooks allows students to read books that may be too difficult for them to read themselves. They are also a good option for students who are reluctant readers.
