The library program at WCA:

• • promotes the efficient, effective, and ethical use of information and ideas by students and staff

  • encourages student love of reading and learning and appreciation of literature

  • develops student ability to ask, seek, gather, organize, evaluate and present information

  • builds student information literacy skills for 21st century life-long learners

  • strengthens student ability to use technology as a tool for interacting with data, text, multimedia files, and other information sources
